Hey there — I’m Alex Owens, Co-owner and stylist behind Rue & Co. Salon! I’ve been doing hair for 7 years now, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. I’m originally from Virginia, and I’ve been a proud military spouse for the past 3 years. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to meet so many amazing people, and that’s one of the things I love most about this career — the connection, the creativity, and the confidence great hair can bring. Rue & Co. was created to be a space where you feel completely comfortable, taken care of, and leave feeling like you, but better. I specialize in custom color, dimensional blondes, and effortless, lived-in styles — but most of all, I’m here to help you feel good in your own skin (and hair!). When I’m not at the salon, I’m probably hanging out with my husband and our two doodle pups, who we are completely obsessed with. They’re basically our fur babies and bring so much joy to our little family. I’m so excited to welcome you into the Rue & Co. community — can’t wait to see you in my chair!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes need to reschedule you’re appointment. To best serve all of my clients and respect everyone's time I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments made with less than 24 hours notice and all no shows will be subject to up to 50% charge of the scheduled service .
This helps cover the time reserved especially for you.
If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, please note that any future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
